TASK: In small groups of 3 or 4, practice giving a verbal sales pitch within a certain context.
SALES TOPICS: I have provided 4 cold call situations that include a service or a product (4 choices). Choose one situation and give a cold call presentation to your group members. Each must take a turn. When done, as a group reflect on experience and learning using the reflective questions provided.
A key to effective cold calling is the ability to ask good questions.
Post exercise / Journaling: Use the notes to tool to reflect on your confidence in cold calling. A template has been set up for you.
