Complete the Human Resources Plan you started earlier in this lesson. Add descriptions and costs for your potential hires.

Lastly, include a rationale for hiring either employees or contractors, or both, from the standpoint of your business success, taking into account CRA’s 4 rules for determining employee vs. contractor status.  It’s how the relationship is conducted in practice that determines the status. This is what CRA would look at if a review were conducted.
